Able Construction Services were great to work with. They worked around my schedule and worked the job nonstop from beginning to end. I wanted to get new construction Andersen windows instead of the vinyl replacements that everyone is trying to sell you. I also wanted to replace the aluminum siding on my house with Hardie siding. Able Construction did everything I asked and the price seemed reasonable.

My house had original aluminum siding from 1983, and I decided that it was time for improvements. I looked at 3 options: 1) repair/paint existing siding, 2) replace with vinyl siding, or 3) replace with Hardie plank. Obviously, repairing would have been the least expensive and Hardie plank the most expensive (at least so I thought). I procured seven estimates from different contractors on the various approaches with most providing an estimate on both vinyl and Hardie plank. In the end, I went with Able Construction and Hardie plank. Hardie plank installation does tend to be higher priced than vinyl but not exorbitantly.
