Have to give a huge shout out to a friend I’ve known since kindergarten, Tony Rojas! Haven’t spoke to him in multiple decades but he answered my call and within hours had his technician, Juan out to our building and fixed an issue that I couldn’t resolve. It looks better than new!! Great experience. Went in needing two car keys cut and programed. The gentlemen who helped me seemed knowledgeable. Explained he could cut and program them. Laid out the pricing. I said okay. Done with new keys in 20 minutes. Reasonable pricing, great customer service. Would recommend to everyone needing anything involving locks and keys.

This team always comes through. They are located in Council Bluffs but service Omaha for locksmith things. If you need you business re-keyed in Omaha, Call them they will definatly treat you right.

They always treat me right and I've never had a problem to date. Yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

We took a blank auto key and remote in to be cut and programmed. They stated that it was $45 to cut the key and $95 to program it. We inquired as to what it would be if we purchased the key from them. They stated the key would be $195 + $95 for programming. Our blank key cost us $80, so we requested they cut and program our key. Following some time (approx. 15 minutes) they said our key was no good, that it was set for another vehicle, which they showed us on their meter. They said we had to pay for the cutting and programming since this was completed, even though the key was not good. We paid and left, not a good experience at all. I would recommend everyone to do due diligence in looking for a better locksmith. We will never use them again, we now want to know why they did not check the
