This service company has proven to be exceptionally disappointing. While they are prompt in sending invoices and contract renewals, their diligence appears to be limited to administrative tasks. Despite our company's payment for bi-annual maintenance and service, the scheduled maintenance is consistently delayed by 2-3 months. Consequently, equipment issues arise, prompting us to request service calls. Shockingly, upon immediate response to these calls, they attempt to charge us for repairs explicitly covered in our agreement.
