I first needed About Town Locksmith because I had locked myself out. Then today I wanted to change the handle lock on my door because the old one was looking very rusty. I knew they could re-key the lock to match the deadbolt key. However, the one that I bought couldn’t be re-keyed. So they offered to sell me a new lock and include the re-keying to match the deadbolt for free. That was a deal. It took less than five minutes for me to take off the old and put on the new myself. These guys always do a great job, are on time, super professional and have reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for all your key, lock and safe needs. I've used them on multiple occassions, most recently for a rekey of a hurricane door and they did an excellent job.

Mark and Virginia are great. I work at a local restaurant and have had several interactions with Virginia. She is always quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark recently was able to copy a bent key for me and did it so quick that when I saw they were calling I assumed it was to tell me they couldn't copy it. Expert service and I would highly recommend.
