I called Echo on Sunday after my AC stopped cooling. A technician arrived that morning and diagnosed the issue as coil problem (hole in the coil). Jaime from the office checked to see if my unit was under warranty, which it was. On Monday she arranged to have a new coil ordered from the manufacturer. On Tuesday after obtaining the coil, James, the technician, arrived at about noon and replaced the defective coil with the new one. I can't remember the name of the first technician that came on Sunday, but all of the persons that I interacted with were outstanding. Jaime kept me updated as she received updates on the status of the coil and the status of the technician's arrival. Perry the technician was great, and did a very good job of keeping me informed about what he was doing. He was neat and courteous. However, I had called the day before, and asked how much the service call would be. I was told it would be $125 per hour, plus any parts. The tech was here for 45 minutes. I was charged for the Freon, and was fine with that, but was charged $250 for the service call! Feels like bate and switch to me. I will not be calling them for service again.

Original tech was delayed & didn't notify me. I had to call. However once a tech finally arrived he was extremely thorough and performed mutiple checks and did everything possible to insure system worked properly. I was completely satisfied when service was completed. A/C is working great!

Called and they were super professional and helpful. Joe came out immediately to help me fix my plumbing issues (backed up toilets/shower thanks to my 4 year old) Had it fixed and up and running in no time! Thank you @Echo! Will definitely be using them again (but hopefully I won't have to!

Great experience from start to finish. The team that answers calls was professional, courteous and exact. Never wastes time. Got a non emergency service same day in January. Andro arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly. The invoicing and payment was paperless and quick. Much gratitude to the entire team at Echo.
