Superior was a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a stainless steel dishwasher in January of 2021 to replace an older unit. They delivered, installed, and removed the old unit, no issues. Courteous, professional, and took the time to clean up after install. Days later, after the sale, the owner noticed that I was charged slightly more than the VERY reasonable fee she had quoted me. She reached out to me to let me know of the pricing error and immediately sent me a refund by mail. This is the kind of company they are, and the kind of people I wish to do business with. There may be dozens of other refurbished appliance sellers out there, but this local, honest, family run business is my choice going forward for my rental properties. Thank you
