Amazing service. We had approximately 20 or so trees removed and stumps grinded. They did all the trees in one day and the stump grinding the next day. They explained every step, answered questions when I called, and cleaned up the debris . Absolutely will recommend to anyone needing tree removal.

I had a huge sweetgum tree taken down due to Lightning damage. They were great from the very first phone call. Spoke to sweet Whitney to schedule an appointment for a quote. Chan was here exactly when he said he would be. Communication with him was very responsive. They emailed me a detailed quote very quickly and with a good and fair price. I scheduled the job and they were here exactly on time. They got the job done quickly and safely. Ronnie did a great job grinding the stump and roots. No fall out damage and clean up was thorough. I had my trees cut back on the side of my home. I negotiated a price. I called the company to pay my bill and it took 4 days to get a return call. The service was fine but the customer service was horrible. When Nick called to get my payment he told me I had to pay 3% for my card payment. I told him I should have been told when i made the agreement. He said and I quote “I should have told you”. I said the guy who negotiated should have told me. Then he said well it’s in your contract. I get people put stuff in the contract. It’s a shame because it don’t cost 3% from visa. Then he was very dry and has had customer service. Then he says I have to call you back to setup a card payment. When we finally setup payment he was still dry and I asked are you the manager. He replies that he is
