A&B's Abbey Carpet and Floor

I had my entire upstairs updated from carpeting to LVP flooring. From start to finish, A&B was phenomenal and I would highly recommend them if you need any flooring or carpet work! I wanted to match my downstairs flooring to my upstairs and they were able to find a perfect match at the lowest price. Once we ordered the materials, they came in within a week and did the job in 2 days!! They put everything back exactly the way that it was previously - I’m thankful to the person who recommended them to me and I would recommend them to anybody!

I ordered comfort LVP by Karastan from Jason for my entire home. The experience was very professional, all my needs were met without hesitation. I will have to say the installation crew was wonderful. They moved all of my furniture and had everything back in place rugs and all before they left. My floors look amazing!

Absolutely Love these floors! Installers were very professional and really worked with us since we had to move pets from one room to another without them getting stressed. The folks at A & B Carpet did a great job with our request for a new kitchen backsplash and patching a bathroom floor tile section from a remodel in which we removed a wall. The installers were kind and prompt and were willing to listen to us and answer questions during the installation. Also, the installers were called back the next day following the backsplash install to remove some extra tile that was blocking a reinstall of an electrical outlet. Minor oversight, but they quickly corrected the problem with no complaint. Fe Fe and Jason were very responsive to any and all concerns we had during the project and constantly provided insight and clarification. After reading about the kindness of this business, we were very comfortable in using them to install flooring in my 87-year old mother's house, which was flooded. The flooring is fine, but the installers left her toilet in her shower, left her doors leaning against the wall, and the furniture was not put back where it started. I realize that last part was difficult because most of the furniture was in the middle of the floor after flooding. However, a phone call would have been most appreciated when the installers began to move it back. In fact, a phone call would have been appreciated to let us know that the floor had been completed so that we could see it while the installers were still there.
