The crew did an amazing job replacing my entire HVAC system. Everything looks super neat and it works great. They cleaned up after themselves really well and even helped me setup the app on my phone to control the temp while I’m away. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their HVAC repaired or replaced.

Great experience getting a new heat pump installed by Landen HVAC. Communication throughout the quote and scheduling process was stellar. Price was better than competitor for exact same unit and warranties. Install team was professional, friendly and made sure I understood all of the functions before leaving. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This company does phenomenal work! Dustin was awesome to work with and broke down everything in an understandable and reasonable manner. Lefter and his team did an amazing job on the install and took care of my home and property as if it were their own. New customer with an awesome experience! We called Landen Heating/Cooling this afternoon around 400 pm as our hvac wasn't working. First up was the initial customer service rep and the Scheduler, Reene, who were both very helpful. Reene was able to schedule a service call for later the same afternoon. Second up was Solomon Lopez who offered to take the call and he was at our home by 630. He diagnosed the issue plus had the part to fix our unit. Unbelievable customer service from beginning to end. Definitely will be our new service provider! Thank you ALL so much!

They were very flexible with booking our appointment to come out, even when we had to reschedule. Solomon came out to assess our system. He was very professional and incredibly thorough.
