On Demand was hands down one of the best companies I have worked with. From the moment I out in a quote request, I got a call right away from the owner, Joseph. He happened to be on the way to a job but called on the way. I had requested to have my 6 seat sectional cloth couch, micro-suede couch & loveseat, my downstairs LVP floors, & my 8 year old builder grade carpet in my master bedroom. The quote I received was amazing & fair. My couches & floors look brand new - especially having 2 cats, dogs who shed, & toddlers. I couldn't be happier with the service & the results. Will 100% use again.

What an amazing experience! Joe is incredibly professional and does exceptional work. I had just moved into my townhome and the carpet was in terrible condition. I booked with Joe, and within 48 hours, he was able to clean the carpet and educate me on the different odors trapped in it. The transformation was truly remarkable! Joe was quick and thorough! Even though I hadn’t moved in yet and he was working with my son; he followed my concerns to the letter. He found the pet spots that we didn’t even notice. According to Joe, when the vinegar-water solution came in contact with those areas they give off a distinct odor that his nose picks up instantly. He then gives those areas the treatment specific to those type problems. Even if you don’t know every spot where your pet had an accident, Joe can find them. Pets or no pet On Demand Carpet Care is the company you need to get your floors, carpet and rugs smelling and looking clean. Note: Not Joe’s footprints on carpet.😂
