I am writing to highly recommend Absolute Air Services, LLC and to specifically recognize the outstanding work of Eric, Darius, Brett, and Giancarlo during my recent heating system installation. From start to finish, the service provided by these four technicians was beyond exceptional. They arrived on time, conducted themselves with complete professionalism, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the installation of my new boiler. Each technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked seamlessly as a team. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home. The work area was kept clean and organized at all times, and once the installation was complete, everything was left spotless. They took the time to explain the system, answered all questions

lost heat during the coldest time of the year and took about a week to get things ready for installation. 4 of the mini-splits were fried and had to replace them all including the condenser. the installation took 3 days. while everyone who came to work on the installation were great and easy to work with. what stood out most to me were their interactions with my 4 dogs. my doodles love hoo-mans and were always happy to see them. the workers took the time to say their hellos and gave them pets. it really lessened the stress of the whole process which i really appreciate. i can safely say that they are a pet-friendly company!

When Mr. Stephen Feinstein came out to provide a quote for a new water heater, he treated me with respect. I knew I needed a new water heater. Our condo documents were very clear on this and the old water heater was almost 18 years old. Mr. Feinstein carefully explained and showed me why, practically, it was time for a replacement. The very next day Brian and Brandon arrived with the new water heater. Their workmanship was excellent. They were professional without being condescending. Highly impressed with all of it, soup to nuts, I would highly recommend Absolute Air Services.

To say I was happy with my experience with AAS, would be an understatement. Very professional service reps and installers. The management staff is more than willing to work with you for anything you need. I installed a new Electric water heater and Boiler. Amazing job they did and they took pride in there work. The only one is not happy with my recent purchases is my fuel delivery guy. I have cut my fuel consumption by at least 1/2 of what I typically had used. Thank you AAS!

Excellent and knowledgeable personnel. We stopped in to discuss mini-split systems. We were able to speak with someone right away. We were set up with a home appointment that evening. Nelson came out and was able to tell us exactly what piece of equipment we needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He gave us an estimate before he left on a Friday evening. On Tuesday I received a text letting me know they could do the installation on Wednesday! The installation went very smoothly. All the techs were incredibly polite,respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Absolute Air Service.
