Aitkens Gutters, LLC

Very appreciative to Aitkens Gutters and the awesome job they did. We noticed water spots on the ceiling, and had water coming into our attic. They did all they could to get right out here, which prevented a lot of damage from happening. They fixed the problems and we’ve had no issues since. We’re really thankful they were able to handle everything so quickly.

I don’t do too many reviews, but I really want to recommend Aitkens Gutters. From start to finish, it all went great. Our gutters were old, clogged, and leaking. First, they replaced a section for us a couple of years ago. It still looks and functions like it’s brand new. Now that it was time to do the rest of the gutters, we already planned to call Aitkens Gutters again. They’ve proven to be a trustworthy and fair company, and they do excellent work.

My gutters were leaking badly and I called a few gutter companies for quotes. From my initial conversation with Sonia in the office, to when David and crew came out to install, I was very pleased with our encounter. Their pricing was more than fair, their level of knowledge was impeccable, and the overall finished product was more than I could ask for. David and his team hung copper gutters on my home and aluminum downspouts on my sunroom. He only had white aluminum downspouts in his truck, so he said he would come back with brown. A couple of days after the install, I noticed that one of the gutters was not properly pitched. David told me that he put a level on it and that it was properly pitched. This was not true. It began drip leaking down the side of my brick chimney. I texted David video and he told me he would be out to fix it. What ensued was a repeated trend of telling me he would be there the next day or following week, but he never showed up.
