If anyone in the Winder area needs HVAC service, I highly recommend this company. The heater in our store wasn’t working, even though the landlord had installed a brand-new HVAC unit about six months ago. When we first called the company that installed it, their service call charge sounded unreasonable, and honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting them. Since we don’t have much knowledge about HVAC systems, we were worried we might end up paying for things we didn’t really need. After thinking it over, I started looking for an HVAC company near Winder and found this one, which had excellent reviews. I decided to give them a call. The person who answered the phone was very kind and professional. The next morning, a technician came out and spent over an hour carefully checking everything

Kevin and his crew were terrific! The heat went out in our new home and when we called them, they responded quickly. Issue was our 26-year-old furnace needed to be replaced, which they did the next day. We cannot say enough about this company and would highly recommend them.

When James Nix first came in, Mike and I were both in shock at the thought of a major appliance ( especially heat) going out at the start of winter and almost Christmas time, James quickly assured us that we wouldn't be paying the thousands of dollars we were expecting and then showed us what absolute and himself could do for us. We would consider him an American hero but that might be putting it mildly. James was great, he was very thorough, and talked us through everything that will happen throughout the process. He's stayed on top of the game and has always been polite. It's been a pleasure having him in our home. He's welcome to sit at our table anytime.

Charles who came out to service my unit did a fantastic job. I am a new homeowner so Charles did a great job explaining everything to me. Very professional and polite. Very reasonable prices as well with quick response time.

Just had a consultation with Remington Bowling about getting our air ducts replaced!! He was super nice and extremely helpful!! If we have any issues in the future he is the one I will call!!
