Recently installed a kitchen faucet. Our previous one of only two years developed a leak after not quite the two year mark. Plumber was on time and installed the faucet in under 20 minutes. So far the new faucet is working great. Only wish this company did not give quotes on work that they have not diagnosed the problem yet. We need shower remodeling but they did not inspect the shower to give a quote for the exact problem and still quoted a price which wasn't set in granite but may have been a "worst case scenario" quote so that is my only comment. Other than that their work is always good although some of the products that get bought fail( not bought from this plumber) from the stores we buy them from.

I most definitely would NOT recommend this company. I had an appointment which I even confirmed ahead of time with the main office. I re-confirmed on the day of the appointment and was shocked when they no-showed. I called again, and Edie told me that Josh had decided to “knock off early.” When I asked if they could send someone else, Edie said she would see what she could do. I then got an irate call from Josh, who was furious that I hadn’t returned his call from the day before, when he had called from his cellphone. When I explained that I had spoken to the office but had missed his call, because it had come up as an unknown number, he screamed at me, “I TOLD YOU TO CALL ME ON MY CELLPHONE!” and hung up on me. We have used this company for years! They are great! Very professional as well as personable! Prices are good and they go that extra mile. I highly recommend them.

Absolute is always there when we need them. A special shout out to Edie for always prioritizing us into scheduling. We’ve had several plumbing emergencies and Absolute always takes care of us. Lance recently helped us with a cracked pipe in the bathroom wall. Most recently, he replaced our water heater the very next day after a leak. All this done before Hurricane Milton hit. My widowed neighbor hired them late January 2024 (based on my recommendation) when she had a sewage back-up. They were very efficient and responsive. On March 9, 2024, the main sewage line backed up again. This happened because the roots from trees on her property had grown through the pipes. She had the trees removed and hired Absolute Family Plumbing to repair this main sewage line. She paid Absolute Family Plumbing in full ($3000) the day before she died of cancer. They did come a few weeks later to repair the main sewage line. Upon completion, I noticed that her irrigation system was not turning on. I called and they did send someone to "repair" the system.
