Absolute Garage Door

I had absolute Garage Door install new doors a few years ago. They completely changed the look of my home and I love the look. Today I had them come out to repair one of the doors; its bearing plate came off and the door wouldn’t work. Joe did great and I appreciate that he came out the day after I called.

I had a very frustrating experience with Absolute Garage and would not use them again. I initially contacted them for what I believed was a simple weather-stripping issue. I was told the existing weather-stripping could not be replaced and that a full door replacement was required. I felt significant pressure to sign quickly, including being offered $100 off if I signed within 15 minutes. Under that pressure, I moved forward, and by the time I had time to reassess, the order had already been placed and could not be canceled. Afterward, I hired a handyman who successfully replaced the weather stripping in about 30 minutes, which directly contradicted what I was told.
