Tried multiple times to contact him in order to maintenance my system and he never responded. Wish I was able to support a local business.

While overseeing and aerating the lawn we busted a couple of sprinkler heads. No problem for John at Absolute, he brought a couple of heads to fix my mistake, then spent some time adjusting some heads. He sure earned a New customer service hat day! I asked him to put us on his blow-out schedule and he just handled everything very well.

He came out and measured my yard to give me an estimate for a sprinkler system. He said he’d get back with me in a couple of days. A week went by with no word so I texted him. He said he’d have an estimate to me by the end of the day. It’s been 6 weeks and I haven’t heard a word from him.

I have texted them 4 times in the month and never heard back from them. When they show up they do a good job

Just bought a house with an irrigation system so i called Absolute to get my system winterized. The guy said he would be out saturday to get it done and never showed. Called and no answer or call back.
