We used Absolute Safeguard to inspect 2 homes. For the first house, we brought in trade experts and they confirmed Dino's findings. After that sale fell through, we were confident to use Absolute Safeguard for our 2nd inspection. Very thorough, upfront, and honest.

Dino was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain things to me as he inspected the house. He sent me a very detailed report within a timely manner (which included photos). He was very nice and professional. He was happy to answer any questions I had during the inspection as well as after the inspection. He was very responsive. As a new home owner, I was nervous about the inspection; however, he really made the process smooth and easy to digest. I would definitely recommend choosing Absolute Safeguard!

My husband and I used Absolute Safeguard Home Inspection Services (Dino) on two separate occasions (initial home purchase fell through). Great experience with Dino for our home inspection. He was able to get us scheduled within two days off calling. During the inspection Dino made sure to walk me through each step and explained in real terms what he was looking for. It was a much more personalized experience than I expected. Unfortunately we did back out of the home after finding too many things that needed remedied but will definitely use Dino and Absolute Safeguard for our next home inspection.
