I cannot say enough about the quality of work and attention to detail of Tim and his crew. As an architect in the commercial construction industry for nearly 25 years, I am a stickler for detail. Tim's communication is excellent, and he always asks for my input and opinion, but is also willing to offer recommendations based on significant experience. My entire first floor except for two bedrooms is completely porcelain tile, and it turned out beautifully, exceeding my high expectations. My experience with Wilmac Flooring far exceeded my expectations. I had contacted several other vendors for quotes and I received a variety of sales pitches; some didn’t even bother to try to help me. Not one of them took the time to really look at my floor and address any of my concerns. First class work and communication. One of the rare contractors that installs a sand base in a shower floor located in a high rise condo building. Seamless transition from hallway to heated bathroom floor under plank tile, excellent finish, tight lines and gorgeous outcome. Tim arrived and finished as scheduled. Great Job. Highly recommend!
