I had a need for a York Authorized Dealer and and I call 6 Star. From the initial phone conversation to the final solution to our problem, the service was excellent! I was not an existing customer at the time, but they treated me like I was their best customer. Hard to overstate how nice it was dealing with this company. Dan was the service tech who diagnosed my problem, resolved it, then, more importantly, call me to let me know everything was working properly. Thank you for the great experience.

Had a new furnace installed and upon removing my old one they found that the FLUE was against code so they removed and corrected the problem to make sure everything was safe. They kept me in the loop with any information / changes that were made to make the corrections. The guys were professional & respectful. Cleaned up everything and used hauled the old equipment out.

Highly recommend 6 star. Kaci was wonderful to deal with and accommodated my difficult schedule. Dan fixed my problem the same day and was informative/trustworthy the whole way through. Will be recommending them!

I reached out to Six Star HVAC for a free estimate after another company told me our AC might have a refrigerant leak. Due to a major power outage in Pittsburgh, I had to reschedule several times, and Casey was incredibly prompt, responsive, and accommodating throughout. Tony came out to inspect the system and was fantastic—thorough, professional, and never pushy. He clearly explained his findings and offered a cost-effective solution. To my surprise, he said we only needed less than a pound of refrigerant—quite a contrast to the 3 pounds another company claimed we needed last year. Six Star’s per-pound refrigerant cost was also much more reasonable. Matt & Kevin arrived promptly and worked nonstop to install our new HVAC system within 7 hrs. They a re personable, skilled and professional to mention a few. Six Star is one of the few remaining companies with honesty & integrity.
