Joe was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took 2 trips but he got a very rough carpet looking 95%.

Joe showed up exactly when he said, took care not to damage floors or other furniture, and cleaned my carpets, removing some stains, and making them look like new. He was friendly, detailed and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

Had hired Absolute Services in 2015/16 when we purchased a house in Pittsfield. We did a complete refresh and update of a 1940s house which included repairs and painting. Also did exterior painting and power washing. Hired Absolute 2022 to maintain landscaping of our daughter’s house as we moved to PA. Joe has always managed to fit us in even when he was busy. He is thorough, professional and does work of a very high quality. I highly recommend Absolute Services.

Joe and his team did a phenomenal job cleaning my older carpet and making it look and smell almost new. After cleaning our rugs, we had them come back to clean our living room furniture.... amazing work. We have 3 labs and it was beginning to smell like dog in the living room. That dog smell has been gone since Joe and his crew cleaned our furniture several weeks ago. AND his prices are so reasonable - I paid more than twice as much to get my rugs and furniture cleaned a few years ago and they didn’t even come out as good. Joe is reliable, hard-working and has the best prices around. I would highly recommend him.
