Mark was outstanding in his professionalism, knowledge and ability to adapt treatment to the conditions he found, and ability to answer my questions. He quickly understood the urgency of my concern that the squirrels would break through the attic ceiling into my upstairs hall, and had a method to prevent this. He also cheerfully insisted that the snow piles and squalls would not prevent the planned work, and he and the crew were able to proceed with the first necessary steps of installing temporary "one-way exit doors" in spite of the falling snow. Micheal was on time, with an outstanding attitude and professional performance! He went into a cramped small space to remove a large yellow jacket nest. He has a great personality and is fearless! Well worth every penny!!
