Dave was superb. Like a good doctor, he explained and showed me everything in a language I could understand. Honestly, many doctors could learn from him! From the get go, they communicated clearly and they were transparent about scheduling and pricing. It's rare to have someone equally skilled in the trade and has great people skills. Highly recommended.

Locked myself out of my apartment on a cold winter night. Called, left a message and they quickly called me back. The tech arrived shortly after and was very efficient and friendly. 10 stars.

Great service! He installed 4 new knob/deadbolt combos for us, which included mortising out the doors for the deadbolts. Would have taken me all day to do it - took him an hour. And very reasonable price!
