This company is the epitome of 5 star customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. They genuinely want to help you make the best choice for your project through education and honesty. Their stone selection is top notch and if they don't have it on the lot or in the warehouse they will get it for you very quickly! Turn around time for the job was very quick and they update through the entire process. HIGHLY recommend, will be doing any future projects we have through Absolute Stone Design USA.

Our new granite counter tops are absolutely beautiful! Their prices are very competitive and we actually got to see the layout of how the slab would be cut before we finalized our contract. They were extremely helpful with all of our questions and gave us excellent guidance. The install was done on the scheduled date and the installers cleaned up everything before leaving. We highly recommend using this company.

The people at Absolute Stone are great to work with. From those in the office to the installers. Everytime my husband and I had questions they gladly helped and when we changed our mind about the first slab we picked out they never made us feel like we were a pain for changes. I loved the look of my bathroom sink countertop and the pieces we also got cut from the same slap for our shower. The installers were fantastic! My bathroom is in the middle of a remodel and I think they left it cleaner than when they entered. They were friendly and respectful and were even super sweet to my dog who won't leave people alone to pet him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This was our absolute worst experience ever! So regret our decision do do business with this company. Damaged both of our hot and cold water lines behind the drywall while installing the new sink and refused to take ANY responsibility. There were no leaks after the lines were disconnected and prior to the work being done by this company and the emergency plumber that we hired to fix the leak (lines were never reconnected) indicated that the damage was done by "blunt force." BUYER BEWARE.

When we began to remodel our kitchen, we had no idea how many products, designs and color combinations there are to select from. We found the staff at Absolute Stone Design USA to be knowledgable, friendly helpful and respectful of our needs. They were very good at explaining the qualities of granite, quartz and marble and then patiently helping us through the decision making process. We couldn't be happier with our new counter granite counter tops. They were installed within a week after we made our selection.
