Grateful Tree Service

Where to begin… we had a large tree suddenly fall on our house on a Friday night. Panicked because we weren’t sure if the roof was damaged, and we were in the middle of trying to list it on the market, we called Grateful Tree Service to help us. They were out the next morning for emergency tree removal. Due to an unfortunate and unhelpful next door neighbor, we were not able/allowed to get a crane in to help lift. Their (safety first) ingenuity amazed me, and they were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, and polite the entire day (even though it was hot and it took twice as long without the crane). Then came dealing with insurance… my first experience (thankfully) filing a claim, and boy was that process unpleasant. We only got through the lengthy and innumerable hurdles laid in front of us

Got three quotes in one day to cut down one big tree and two smaller trees in our backyard. They were super affordable, the most professional, and gave us the most confidence that they would be safe and get the job done completely! They arrived on time for their service, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond ensuring my back yard looked beautiful! Highly recommend!

The crew trimmed my crepe myrtle that was a wild one from the Montpelier estate. I had been anxious about it but the crew did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable with their work, which was wonderful! I feel I got special work for a reasonable price.
