Reid n Tony did a great job on installation of my new HVAC system .On time, knowledgeable, and polite. Cleaned up and evan moved something that was too heavy for me. Pricing was reasonable. This company gives great customer service, which is hard to come by these days. Angie in the office is so nice. She makes sure thing go forward in a timely matter. She also makes sure any problems get resolved quickly. Always great customer service from the whole team. I highly recommend Energy Pro for your ac, and heating needs.

Devin Guy came out to service my HVAC unit. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. Great customer service skills and he represented the company well. He also found an issue with my water heater that could have been fatal. He went out of his way to come back the same day and fixed it for me. I really appreciate him putting the customer first. Super professional and thorough! I had a burnt smell from my HVAC unit after more than a week of sub freezing temps. Tony spent several hours inspecting every part of my unit to ensure it was operational. He provided a great quote, itemized to show the expense for repair verses replacement. We have been with Energy Pro for several years now, and we are very satisfied customer. For us, being a club member has been worth the extra cost. It has saved us money on a few repairs and we dont have long times at all for emergency service. Today, Devin Guy , came to the house for a maintenance check. He found a lose return duct. We never would have known without oue schedule maintenance checks. Devin was professional, he answered our questions, very knowledgeable about heating and cooling. Devin had a great personality.
