Deshawn came out to replace a capacitor on the unit and took the time to explain the components and some best practices to help our unit run during hotter days. He was caring and kind, polite and made some great recommendations! We have two kids, one under 1 and he spoke about having kids of his own and knowing how it can be uncomfortable to get a good night sleep when it’s hot inside so he stayed to make sure the temp was coming down and blowing cool once the unit was back up and running. I am so pleased how they have assisted my elderly Mom with fixing her air conditioner. Stephen the technician immediately located the problem, explaining his discovery and what was needed to complete the repair. He ensured the system ran as normal ensuring the system began to cool. He also explained and recommended we look into their service plan to ensure our unit remains running properly and identify any potential problems.

Our technician was Michael. This is a second visit this year. The first one was on a blistering hot day (SUNDAY!), when our COOLING stopped working! The house was a sauna. Lo and behold, who is driving right in front of our house - the AIRE SERV vaN... Let me just say, that was a God sent!! I He had to do a U-turn to come and help us. The issue was quickly identified ( the condensation pump was dead), new part ordered and scheduled to be replaced the next day! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable - what more can you ask for!
