I have hired AC Cooling and Heating three times now. Twice at my personal single family home in the suburbs, and once at a rental investment property in the city. At my personal home, they took care of a drainage issue that was causing my brand new furnace to short cycle. This was from a poor installation. During the service visit, the technician let me know that my whole system needs more supply and return registers. He was absolutely right as I noticed that some rooms are not as comfortable or evenly heated as others. The second time they came back, they professionally installed a nice humidifier for me.
