chimney was leaning slightly from soil shift under the foundation, scary with smoke escaping cracks during fires. called a's for repair, they checked stability, rebuilt the base with reinforced mortar and new bricks to straighten it. added a crown for water deflection. work neat, no yard mess, chimney straight and safe now. fires draw better, no leaks
