Such great customer service!! Misty was very friendly and adamant about getting someone to come out and fix my AC issues. When Joe came out, he walked me through everything he was doing, and I also absorbed new knowledge about my AC and how it functions along the way. He showed me all the gnarly gunk that was backed up in the drain line, it was algae that resembled rotisserie chicken skin (see in photos below). Very knowledgeable, courteous, straightforward, and honest. I liked how he was very thorough and meticulous in everything he did. There is a reason I prefer supporting local businesses over the big dogs. I highly recommend AC Guru for any AC maintenance issues or repairs!!!
