A/C Masters

I’ve been using AC Masters in Yorktown for at least 17 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Over the years they’ve replaced countless systems for me — in my own homes, in my kids’ houses, and for an untold number of my real estate clients. Early on I used to shop pricing, but I quickly learned that Javier and his team are consistently the best value out there. Fair pricing, quality equipment, and work done right the first time. This most recent experience really says it all. I asked for pricing on a Friday at 2:00 p.m., and by Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. they were already installing the new system. We live in Yorktown. Our mini split condenser was making a weird noise so I called AC Masters because they do the annual maintenance for us. They were able to get someone out the same day. Adriana was on time, very easy to work with, a great communicator, and very respectful of our property. She was able to diagnose the problem with our mini split and offer us a few options while still at our house. She also went out of her way to get an electrician’s opinion on the wiring because our electrical panel is pretty much maxed out. Overall I am very happy with how AC Masters is looking after us and I will continue to work with them.

Highly recommend AC Masters! Adriana is a well of knowledge and patiently answered the many questions we had about our HVAC system. We ended up replacing the unit, which was done the very next day. Everyone we have interacted with was very professional, scheduling was easy, and our new system is performing exceedingly well. Service / installation were performed in Yorktown.

Had issue with the defroster board on my upstairs unit. 2nd time in 45 days. Alan and Mannie came and had a look. New part was ordered. Alan brought me a portable heater so I could still use my upstairs bedroom. Process took 10 days from start to finish. System seems to be working well now.

My company hired A/C “masters” to come service our large industrial sized R22 unit when it cut out on us during the hottest week in July. The tech explained they needed to order parts for our unit, which is understandable due to the age of the unit and how difficult it can be to source parts for an R22 unit. After waiting for a few days and getting no communication, I reached out asking for an update and was told that the parts should be there by Friday and that they’d come out on that following Monday around 2pm. At 3pm on Monday when no one had shown up or attempted to contact us I called them again and was then told by the same tech that they’d be there that Tuesday by 11am. They did show up as promised the next day but the guys who came out made the mistake of actually replacing the br
