I am soo glad I found Eric. He was professional and thorough from the first point of contact. I had smelled something that smelled like the burning of plastic in my basement. I contacted him and he was able to come the next day to diagnose the problem. After testing and replacing several parts and still having the smell showing up we realized that the Non Fuse disconnect was the problem and was the source of the burning plastic smell. Luckily he had one in his truck and was able to replace it quickly and solve the problem. After discussing the source of the problem with him and coming to the realization that my basement heat pump was on its last leg, he suggested that I consider getting the unit replaced.
