Climate Right Heating and Cooling

On 1/19/26 Climate Right replaced my 23 year old 3 Ton Single Stage Gas Package Unit with an American Standard Two Stage Gas Package unit. They also replaced the yellow flex gas line from the gas manifold in the crawl space to the gas package unit with a safer assembly of steel gas pipe. They also placed an additional return vent to meet the new units airflow specs. My experience has been very positive. Owners Steven W. & Tim W. & all the technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, & performed their work in a professional & responsible manner. I received good answers to my questions during the entire process from my initial phone call to a post install follow up. These folks provided a very good service at a competitive price that was less than a well known competitor. They will follow up

Tim, Steve, and the whole crew are fantastic. Communication was excellent and scheduling of the work was painless. We had 2 systems replaced, and recently had some new duct work installed. Their work was excellent for both jobs. It is evident that they really care about doing things the right way even when the customer isn't looking and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. If you are looking for excellent expert service, this is the company! I relied on Tim and Steve, owners, to install a replacement our HVAC system. I initially chose them because of the professional and consultative approach to accessing our needs. You, like me will be impressed with their responsiveness and communication through the process. I was so impressed with the prompt and professional service that I contracted with them for a whole house generator. Both experiences were ten out of ten experiences!

We’ve had a smell coming from our AC unit since turning it on over Christmas when it was warm. There was some miscommunication in the beginning, however we are happy with the outcome. Seth seems very knowledgeable and thorough and was even sweet to my hyper little terrier. He located issues with the install of our almost brand new system (12/22), where unfortunately, shortcuts were taken by the original company. We have a regular big name “maintenance” hvac service that has not mentioned any of these issues. Thanks to Seth and his boss Steve for helping us out!
