We had an issue where the compressor fan was not running, so we called Affordable Air Experts before noon. They showed up within 30 minutes, which was very impressive. The technician checked the capacitor and confirmed there were no issues. Initially, they suspected the system might be low on refrigerant, but later found that the black switch was in the off position and simply pushed it back in. They also went up to the attic and thoroughly checked both the downstairs and upstairs thermostats, testing them multiple times to make sure everything was working properly. Even after spending about an hour diagnosing and testing, the charge was very minimal. Overall, the service was honest, prompt, and professional. I would highly recommend Affordable Air Experts.

I am a new customer but the other reviews did not let me down. The owner was at my door in less than 30 minutes after I called. Quickly diagnosed my issue (AC compressor) and was back the next morning with a new one. I didn't get the "full court press" to buy services I didnt ask for like the last two companies I have used. I will use them for all of my upcoming HVAC needs.
