He took his time, placed baits in all the necessary areas, and made sure to explain the entire process clearly. He was also punctual and professional throughout the visit. We unknowingly had mice in our basement for a while. I contacted a few well known exterminators before deciding on A&C Pest Management. Their service has been excellent. The price is very reasonable. We signed up for a one year contract for peace of mind. They also spray several times per year which is great for spider crickets which disgust me! While all technicians servicing our home have been knowledgeable, I give a special shout out to Alan. He goes above and beyond. Always friendly and sure knows his stuff.
