Joe's team was recommended to me through a friend who does home construction and I wanted to connect with a company they would use for their personal outdoor home improvement project. It was also extremely important that I felt comfortable to voice my concerns and ask questions when necessary. The leader also needed to respect and honor their team as hard working individuals. Joe and his employees were reliable, on time, clean and fast. I had to fix my pool do to a leak and his company was able to get me in and get the work done so I had minimal time down. When we first sat down with Joe from Masonry Hardscapes, my wife and I knew he was the right guy for the job. He was polite, professional, easy to talk to and most importantly, he listened. We had a dream plan to extend our front porch and install paver walkways, a paver driveway, a paver patio, a stone retaining wall and cap everything with Boral/Westlake cultured stone veneer. It was going to be a big job and we really needed somebody to hold our hand (so to speak) and walk us through the best way to plan and complete the project, and that is exactly what Joe did. He met with us several times before the project began and explained everything to us in detail.
