My wife and I are new home owners. We had Mike and his team from Guaranteed Home Improvement perform an inspection. Mike was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They replaced our chimney liner, cleaned and waterproofed our chimney and fitted it for a new cap. We were very happy with our experience and would recommend them to others looking for a chimney inspection.

I was refer to Guaranteed Home Improvement by Petro Oil Company my oil company for a Chimney Inspection. What a Great Referral!!! Guaranteed Home Improvement from the beginning of phone calls, confirming appointment and trying to see if they could come earlier than schedule. And Update of what time the Techs was going to come. The staff very professional and kind, from Charlie B., Frank V. Tech Jory & Johnny what a pleasure to work with. Giving me very detailed information and pictures before and after the work. We had our chimney replaced today by General Home Improvement. I would like to say that the two gentlemen that preformed the work were by far extremely skilled and knowledgeable in their craft. The work was done expeditiously and left the work area very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs to have chimney work done. I called this company to schedule a free inspection and estimate. Within an hour of calling, they called me back and said that the tech was on the way to my house. Steve came and explained what needed to be done after his inspection and the estimated cost of it. I had another company inspect my chimney, and the estimate from Guaranteed Home Improvement was more reasonable. I asked Steve whether the job can be done today and another crew arrived at my house within 10 mins and got the job done. Everyone who came to my house today were very courteous and professional. Their workmanship was excellent. Their invoice which they emailed me included before and after pictures of my chimney, which I thought was very thorough.
