⭐ 1 Star I purchased an air conditioning unit for approximately $3,400. Within one month of installation, the unit failed and required service. Freon was added, but the unit stopped working again shortly afterward. Since installation, the company has made multiple service visits (approximately four), yet the unit remains inoperable. The unit is located in my garage and was purchased to maintain a safe environment for small puppies. We are located in Florida, and much of this occurred during the hottest months of the year, making the lack of a functioning unit especially concerning. As usual, AC Rescue Biz came to our rescue after both units started yesterday not going down 79-80… The technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and after a couple of hours the house was back to normal and the bill was fair and affordable.
