I have the opportunity to work with people across many industries, and I have to say, Dustin Gregg is at the top when it comes to customer service, knowledge, and communication. The entire Accel team is made up of incredible individuals—Mark, Jake, and Dustin are just a few I’ve had the privilege of working with for HVAC and electric needs. Thank you for helping me support others in getting into their homes worry-free, and a special thanks for personally helping me with mine. Eric, Sam, Kaitlyn, and Jake have all been great. Eric and Sam worked extremely hard and very friendly and professional.

Eric did a great job and explained everything well. Glad I made the switch to ACCEL. Dustin replaced condenser motor and thermostat today. Job well done and explained. Relieved to be with ACCEL now. Dustin just did Fall tune-up. Went well . He does an excellent job.

Dustin came out and saved the day!! After several days of no A/C and getting the run around from my property management company, he made sure I was taken care of QUICKLY. Even made 2 trips out to do it. He was on time and very efficient. Will be referring you guys to family & friends!
