Accelerated Pools went above and beyond to create our backyard oasis. From start to finish they stuck to a schedule, easy to work with, great communication and superb work in every phase. The best aspect about them compared to other companies was the fact that they gave me an all inclusive price and stuck to it with no change order drafts. The other companies I received quotes from had a bunch of small print at the bottom of their contracts with many possibilities for change orders. Tyler has been hugely helpful in troubleshooting and recommending work to repair our pool. He’s been super responsive and has gone the extra mile to make sure I’ve been taken care of. And the kicker is, I’m not even a paying customer. I reached out to him on a whim and he’s been helping me with product recommendations and connecting me to reputable pool repair companies closer to our area. I purchased a home in Melrose that had a swimming pool that had been serviced by this company for the previous owners. When we bought the house, the pool was in rough shape and had entirely leaked out. My husband and I both tried reaching out to this company several times, leaving messages every time, asking for someone to come out to explain what fixes had already been attempted and what our remaining options had been. Nobody has returned our calls, which has made it infinitely harder to start from scratch with a non-working pool with zero records of what work has previously been done on it.
