Access Controls of Austin

I have 12 lift gates and about 20 key card access points at my property, and we have a new issue with them weekly, whether it be Tennants ripping the card readers off the walls or running into the gates, etc. I use Access Controls for all my gate and card access issues. They are quick to diagnose and repair my equipment. Kevin and his assistant are friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. I will definitely continue to use them for all my card access and gate control issues.

I used this company for a few years but after my last experience, I will not be hiring them again... I hired them to clean out a box of wires next to my gate - that was my main reason for calling. The wires are a big mess created by multiple gate companies over the years... When they arrived, they found a bad hinge. I gave them the approval to repair it which was quite expensive - and I again reminded them about the box of wires that I needed cleaned out. They fixed the hinge but did not clean out the box. And then they found an issue with my Wifi call box. The technician was SO low tech that he couldn't get to a website on his phone, so I spoke to the call box company and did the troubleshooting.
