I had an emergency due to my garage door not opening. The spring snaped in the cold weather. I called and Stephanie was on it fast. Initially they couldn't get me in right away. But within an hour, Stephanie called me back and said someone could come within the next couple of hours. That's what I call service. We have used this company since 2003 and they have never let us down. Highly recommend them.

Exceptionally pleased with Access Garage Doors. I previously used Access Garage about 10 years ago for installation of a garage door and opener on a shed so when my existing garage door developed issues I contacted them again and they were very responsive. They installed a new opener, replaced the springs, remotes, safety sensors as well as control pads and remotes. The garage door has never operated as smoothly or as quite as it now operates. Very pleased with the service!

Access Garage Doors is truly the best! I've been doing business with them since at least 2017 and they always provide great and responsive customer service whenever I have an issue. For my latest issue, Stephanie actually took my phone call on a weekend despite them not being open.
