I had John Goudie Electrical replace my service panel with a new smart service panel — one of the first of its kind in Maryland — and the whole experience was fantastic! Ron Elswick and Juan Cervantes were awesome to work with. They showed up fully prepared, were super professional, and took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot!) before, during, and even after the installation. They made sure everything was done right and left the work area spotless. The office staff was also great — really friendly and easy to work with. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the installation and the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend John Goudie Electrical to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Michael the electrician arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The installation of my Tesla charger was done efficiently and professionally. He left the work area clean, took the time to show me how to use the charger, and even checked to make sure my car was set correctly at 48 amps. Excellent service from start to finish. I have a house built in the 1930s. Had a heavy-up done. They were able to answer all questions very transparently the whole way. Everything was done in good time, great workmanship, no problems after they were done.
