I have used Priceless on two occasions now. The first was to have my roof replaced. John was instrumental in working with my insurance company to get that done. The second was my siding. I had some pieces that were coming apart and reached out to John once again. Needless to say, he was again very instrumental in working with my insurance company to get that replaced as well. We recently worked with Priceless Home Improvements and overall had a good experience. The quality of the work met our expectations, and the finished project turned out well. The crew was professional and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. That said, we did run into a few issues and some miscommunication along the way. There were moments where timelines and details weren’t as clear as we would have liked. Ted Brown with Priceless Home Improvements was amazing! He approached me respectfully, explained the process, and earned my trust despite my initial skepticism. The roof approval took nearly a year with my insurance company, but Ted and the Priceless team never gave up and kept encouraging me.
