They just can’t get it right. Someone came out quickly to give me a quote and I decided within a few days to go with them. The day they were supposed to come at about 2pm to measure a few WEEKS, they didn’t show up until 9pm. That should have been my first clue. So they measured in the dark. Surprise surprise, they got it wrong. The day of install (MONTHS later and with no notice that they were actually coming to install and I’d need the balance of the $5k), they couldn’t finish because their measurements were incorrect. Um...ok. They fixed it about a week later. A few weeks go by and the paint on the wood begins to bubble. I gave them a deposit to start my job several months ago and every contact with them since then was initiated by me. the guy who took final measurements for my gates was last causing me to miss half a days work and that was a month ago. job still is not even scheduled let alone done
