Will never use again. Came to my business not even a week ago, snaked the drain, charged me $200. Just a week later, drain is backing up again. Called him to come back to fix it, wants to charge another $200 to snake the drain again. I told him no, he said "well I already snaked the drain you have to pay me". I told him to leave my business and he started yelling at me. Horrible customer service. Will NEVER use again. Doesn't do the job right the first time.

My basement was flooding from the pipes backing up - called him and he was here within the hour. He cleared the drains, ran a camera to make sure I won’t have more issues, and even sealed a pipe vent that wasn’t properly sealed for who knows how long (we just moved in 6 months ago). Nice guy, a little pricey but hey he answered the phone and showed up! That’s hard to come by these days.

Was told by other buisnesses this was the guy who could fix my problems, after answring my call and taking all my information never called back after telling me "give me a couple days" Tried to call multiple times no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Called left message, never got call back.this is 2nd time it happened.there won't be a 3rd time.just not dependable any more

Used this service a few times at my business. All good! Ray will fix it!
