Accurate Degree AC & Heating

I have been using accurate degree for the last 16 years and Anthony has always been excellent. He is honest and responds to all emergencies if you have one. I have had a few issues and he has replaced whatever was necessary and if it was not fixable he would recommend replacing it. I would not trust anyone else with my central air and mini split. If he does recommend to replace something it’s because it is not worth fixing or it will probably break down again.

Had Accurate Degree out last year, flushed out condensate line and they were in and out. Previous HVAC company could not access due to location of unit in attic. They were quick to respond, and their pricing was fair. On May 28th, 2024 I had them out again to look at my first floor unit. Advised that my unit was working properly at the end of the summer and when turning on this season, I noticed the outdoor line was freezing up. Advised that the previous HVAC company was out a few years ago where they replaced a valve in the air handler. The condenser is about 5 years old, the evaporator coil was replaced in 2021, and a valve (could be TXV?) was replaced in 2022. Junior mechanic was sent out who after speaking with him I learn that he’s been doing this for about a year. No formal t
