All Island Fence & Railing

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with the All Island Fence team. The sales representative, Kyle , was incredibly attentive—taking the time to thoroughly answer all questions and explain every step of the process. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. The installation crew was equally impressive. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept us informed about the details as the day progressed. Their communication onsite was clear and helpful, and the final result exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this team!

I had such a great experience from start to finish. From Michelle who was so pleasant and knowledgeable who gave me the quote, to Jerry who accommodated my schedule to the hard workers who installed my fence in the freezing cold and made sure it was perfect. I was replacing another PVC gate that broke way too quickly. I could tell this one is much better in terms of quality and was put in properly. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. Michelle Davis (salesperson ) promises the world but in the end they don’t (can’t) deliver. Fence perimeter curve was measured incorrectly. Ms Davis told us that if they didn’t have the correct curve in stock that they could heat the fence material and create the curve needed. Additionally, the fence is so far off the ground that I now can’t open my mailbox - which was there at fence installation. I wrote the company and they finally sent a technician out to look. Although he told me I would have a response in a few days, I never heard back from them. First picture is what they were supposed to (and promised to) duplicate. Second picture is what they did. Great Company from start to finish! Bob the salesman for the company came and was very knowledgeable about the product and explained the different options I had regarding the different styles and different types of fencing I could use. Their prices are very reasonable. They came as scheduled and the crew did an incredible job. I have used them twice to do my fencing and both times they were very professional. I have just booked them again to do my railings. I would Highly recommend them A++

Poor Quality material!!! Do not use this company!!! After multiple emails and phone calls that go unanswered, until I reach out for a reply. I'm told by their 3rd party contractor that I am at fault for purchasing spruce stockade instead of cedar stockade. Wrong answer...I don't care what the type of wood used, It shouldn't be full of black mold, and broken horizontal rails (on a brand new fence) Photos have been sent to All Island and their 3rd party contractor never examined the fence after my compliant. Poor customer service Too. I strongly disagree with the "Response from Owner", I will be emailing my detailed rebuttable to your rep. Brian who I started this complaint with.
