Gibbons Pools are the best. I did not buy my pool or equipment from them, however, when my equipment started having issues, the manufacturer recommended Gibbons. Karen and her service team have been top notch in both their customer service and their ability to quickly help with any issues I've had. I recommend them to everyone.

Gibbons Pools built a truly beautiful pool for us in 2014 on Shelter Island. We have received so many compliments from friends and neighbors on our pool and its design (see photo attached). My wife and I absolutely love our pool. Gibbons’ weekly service is also outstanding. Gibbons’ service technician Nick C does an excellent job vacuuming and maintaining our pool. Nick always does what he is supposed to do and never takes any shortcuts. On the contrary – he goes out of his way to meticulously do everything that needs to be done. When he is done, the pool is spotless and the chemicals are properly balanced. And if there is anything else that needs to be done, Nick just does it without being asked. I've lived in the same house on the north shore since 1998 and have used multiple pool companies, none of whom were any damn good. Two years ago I finally went with Gibbons and have been absolutely thrilled with their service and professionalism. They are a real company unlike so many of the others that just seem to be a part time seasonal business. Their crews are great people and communicative when you talk to them and their back office is professional and responsive. Issues get addressed in hours not weeks like the other guys. Could not possibly be any more satisfied. I really don't know why anyone would use any other pool company.

Joe and his team have built me the most amazing pool of my dreams. Not only is it gorgeous, the team is super responsive, available and professional. Highly recommend this 5 star team for youre pool build and care!!!

Used the to open and close my pool for one year. The prices they charge are insane. When they closed the pool the put nothing away. Found a reputable company that did it for 20% of the price Gibbons charged and put filter, pump, chlorinated, etc... in shed. If your paying over $1000 to close your pool there are cheaper options that also deliver better service.
