Bad experience… they dont give a damn “ not my problem” was the words of big Arrogant guy in the back office.. never listened to my explanation… refused to take my return from day before when the product was not used…..in fairness the woman at counter was trying to help .. the boss not at all… if you’re Veteran and i am.. avoid going there i was treated with rude and aggressive tone and i was wearing a military retirement hat .. thanks for not respecting a Veteran Plenty of other HVAC SUPPLIERS on LI that will treat you better.. having both of my units A/C and heat replaced.. instructed my contractor not to do business with them.

Went there today and was treated so badly. I am in business for 44 yrs and this was by far the worst, rudest group of guys I have every dealt with. I was coming from 25 miles away and got stuck in traffic and was in there door by 4:50. I needed some advice and service and was given neither. When I gave my order of the few items I needed I was told that it could not be pulled and I would have to come back next week. I drove for an hour and 30 minutes and they couldn't take 5 minutes to help me out. I hope where ever you had to go was that important that you can justify your treatment of me. Your day will come when you need a little compassion. I will be sure to speak very highly of your company to all of my subs in the future. Thank God there are other company's like SW Anderson to deal wit

Best HVAC Supply house. Their Staff is so polite. I feel like family there. I appreciate all the help. Thanks to the guys at the counter. The back warehouse crew and the men in the offices. The worst place to go for anything everyone in this location is miserable and I was waiting for over 45 minutes then I asked why am I waiting so long and they threw me out because I was being impatient lol would not recommend this place to anyone or give them any type of business. Bunch of miserable alcoholics, if you don’t like your job then don’t work here.
