We had a great experience with Accurate Plumbing! After returning home from a three week trip we found all of our drains, toilets and showers backing up with sewage. We called around the Kinston area for a local plumber from the list on google and they answered right away Monday morning at 8:00am and told me that they would be later that day. Around 1:30 pm I was contacted by John the service technician and informed that they would be there shortly. When they arrived, John and George introduced themselves to me and I gave them my rendition of the problem. They completed a thorough investigation of the issue and told me there was a blockage and a clean out access needed to be installed outside on the main line that was buried in the front yard. I contacted Accurate Plumbing on a Monday morning, after finding my hot water heater not working. The phone was answered and an approximate time was set up for them to come by, only a couple of hours later. They arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem, went over my options and had a new water heater installed by 5:00pm. I can’t ask for more. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Jonathan and George arrived in a timely manner and went to work right away. After finding the clean out value under the snow, Jonathan informed me that the job might actually be the city’s responsibility. Jonathan communicated the problem to several people in Trenton until he was sure I would be taken care of. On his way out, he asked me to leave a message on the company’s phone that the city had fixed the problem. If I have any other plumbing or sewer problems, I will definitely call Accurate Plumbing.

OVERCHARGED! SHADY tactics! For $900 of easy "patchwork". If you feel you must use this business, DEMAND AN ESTIMATE! UPDATE #2: WE STILL FEEL ROBBED ! It has been several weeks since they worked on our home. Most of the work they did was "inaccurate." - Changed rating from generous 2 stars to accurate 1 star. - They replaced a sink faucet with a new faucet, and a handle is broken. We can't replace it because they didn't give us the receipt. They chose the faucet without our input. - We hired them to stop a leak in a shower. Their work FAILED! It's leaking again, just like before. - Their magnet says GUARANTEED, but they won't return half of the bill as half of the work was pointless. (Actually, 3/4 of the work was pointless because they replaced parts on a toilet that was working just
